The Labyrinth: The Lab's Opening Party / Fri Nov 14

Long before The Lab existed, the labyrinth stood as a symbol of passage. It was not a maze to be solved, but a trial to be endured. In myth, those who entered faced no map, no guide, and no promise of escape. The walls did not test strength alone; they tested resolve, clarity, and control under pressure. At its center waited the Minotaur, not merely a beast, but a mirror of the one who entered. At The Lab, we revived that idea. For our first year, The Labyrinth marks The Lab’s official public opening party. Free open climbing to the public to include The Spray and climbing featuring our TB2 Mirror, TB2 Spray, Decoy, and Grasshopper boards. There will be a live DJ, food truck, vendors, and raffle prizes. 

At 9 PM, The Gauntlet opens. This charity event features one brand new challenge problem on each board.

18+ as always to climb at The Lab. Spectators under 18 are welcome for this night.

To attempt the Gauntlet, you purchase an entry ticket. Every ticket supports the Colorado Ovarian Cancer Alliance (COCA) and their work in ovarian cancer research and patient support across Colorado.

Schedule:

4 - 5 PM — Gym closed for prep.
5 PM  —   Doors open to the public.
5 – 9 PM — Open climb session (raffle prizes announced throughout). (18+)
9 PM  —   The Gauntlet opens.
10 PM — Gym closes to the public, remains open to members.
